has a philosophy all of it's own, a philosophy where a satisfied customer is our primary goal and not the sale by itself...
Soundfactory started back in 1987...so it's safe to say that The Soundfactory is here to stay...

We are convinced that it's due to our company philosophy that we have been a succes!
We want to provide you with unbiased information regarding all musical equipment... so that you can focus on choosing the right musical piece of gear... One that fits both your budget and your musical needs...
Soundfactory sells all major brands, and we pick all items carefully...
if a piece of of equipment is in our shops, this means we like it...and think it is worth looking at !

Soundfactory is also main dealer for all these major brands... This means an extra safety for you as a customer, we only buy with official distributors, so that, if anything should go wrong, you have the backup of not only soundfactory itself, but also the official distributor.
In the unhappy event of a malfunction, your repair will be done by competent people and only original replacement parts, supplied by the distributor, will be used.

Furthermore we believe in a personal contact... from musician to musician where advice is the key element... your hobby is our profession. Our job is to inform you, show you all the options, explain and give you advise on available equipment within your budget... This means talking, listening, demonstrating and finally advising you on your purchase....
