De Pianoklank is rijk, gevuld, warm en levensecht met een goede balans tussen een stevig laag en rijk midden !
Voor het eerst zijn we ook helemaal weg van het uitstekende nieuwe 'ivory-feel' toetsenbord wat bijzonder aangenaam is om te bespelen en het gevoel van echt ivoor weet te benaderen (waardoor de toetsen minder glad aanvoelen)

The flagship HP207e offers an exquisite 88-key multi-sampled piano sound under the control of Roland’s new PHA II “Ivory Feel” keyboard with Escapement, along with key touch adjustable to 100 levels. A powerful and unique speaker system, a clear and easy-to-understand operation panel, front legs, and elegant European cabinet provide the look and sound of an acoustic piano with modern convenience. The cabinet is available in a Rosewood or Light Oak finish.

The flagship HP207e features Roland’s finest 88-key piano sound, with individual multi samples for every key and true-to-life piano resonance. It’s touch responsive to the subtlest pressure and nuance — from the deepest, most powerful bass to the most delicate highs.

PHA II Keyboard with Ivory Feel
For the most authentic acoustic grand piano feel, the HP207e is equipped with the new PHA II “Ivory Feel” keyboard with Escapement. This amazing keyboard technology reproduces the real feel of ivory for the natural keys and ebony for the sharps. It also offers the same natural response as a grand piano, with a heavier touch in the lower range and lighter touch in the upper, and with lighter resistance on pianissimo passages and stronger resistance on fortissimo just like a well-maintained acoustic grand. It even faithfully reproduces the escapement “click feel” of a grand-piano action.

Feels Like a Grand, Sounds Like a Grand
Close your eyes and play the DP-970. Your fingers will experience the feel of a real piano, and your ears will hear the authentic sound of a true grand. Roland’s mastery of music technology culminates in features such as the DP-970’s Progressive Hammer Action keyboard, which provides a true piano touch that gets gradually lighter as you travel up the keyboard. And its stereo-sampled grand-piano sound with 3D Sound Control creates a rich, multi-dimensional sound experience even from headphones. The DP-970’s Dynamic Emphasis adds clarity and liveliness to the sound, and the newly developed Bass Reflex speaker system delivers powerful, clear, full-frequency output.

Great piano sound is only the beginning. The DP-970 offers 20 types of sounds, Grand Piano being just one of them. Layer two sounds with Dual mode; assign different sounds to the right- and left-hand zones with Split mode.

The DP-970 is sophisticated, stylish, and compact — approximately 30cm in depth. It can fit easily into the tightest of spaces. When the lid is closed, the top becomes a smooth, flat surface. The DP-970 is available in two attractive colour choices: solid medium cherry and light cherry.

Over 60 songs are built into the DP-970, great for play-along, personal enjoyment, and entertainment. A variety of musical styles are presented, including many classic masterpieces. Right- or left-hand parts can be muted for play-along practice.

Built-In Lesson Functions
Make practicing fun with the Twin Piano mode, which allows the keyboard to be split into two zones with the same pitch ranges on both, perfect for teacher-student lessons or duets. The built-in 2-track recorder allows objective evaluation/playback of performances. A metronome function is built into the DP-970 for improving your rhythmic sense.

Roland's new HPe series is quite an improvement over the previous series!
